REASON TO THINK WELCOMES YOU !!!!!

Hi Thinkers,

I am Krupa, a passionate and enthusiastic teacher who loves to teach tiny tots! I have been an educator for 16 years now. Along with ‘teaching’ writing has always been like a vent for my thoughts.

I have started this blog called ‘Reasons to Think’ to pour my thoughts that have been confined in the four walls of my mind. On this blog, I write about general topics that you must have seen written by other writers or heard from some good speakers, but here I present to you my perspective. To be frank, I am not a professional writer but a person who loves to write.

I don’t ask everyone to agree with my views but I would like to make a request to everyone to not jump to conclusions but to first ponder upon the thought and the writing. Just as the name of my blog suggests – Reason to Think, my perspective would triggers you to think. I personally believe that thinking minds can always get rid of problems in life.

Apart from writings I have also focused on creating worksheets and activities for the kids as young as 2+ years, to enhance their cognitive, visual intelligence,, correlation and also to improve child’s concentration. I have also created some “picture interpretation” sheets keeping in mind to develop bonding with teacher or parents and also to escalate kids communication, imagination and creative skills.

THIS SITE IS GETTING RESTRUCTURED TO GIVE EASY ACCESS TO THE VIEWERS , SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

  • “Small and Big” Visual discrimination activity for kids

  • Alphabet Hunt picture activity

  • Picture Interpretation Activity-2 for kids of 2.6 to 6 years old

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, HOPE YOU FIND THIS SITE USEFUL, KINDLY GIVE ME YOUR VALUABLE FEEDBACK

Alphabet Hunt picture activity

This is a letter hunt picture activity
This activity can be done in many ways . To name a few:

  1. Call out the alphabet and ask your child to touch that alphabet hidden in the pictures (for upto 3years) .
  2. Ask your child to call out the alphabets hidden in the pictures (for 3+ years) .
Or anyway you want to present it to your child
This activity will help your child to enhance their cognitive, recognition and observation skills………

Dear parents/ teachers please note: it’s not necessary that this should only be an alphabet hunt activity. It can be used in some other ways also.
For example: if you have a alphabet flash card you can ask your child to pull out the alphabet card which they identify or even you can write alphabets in order in a sheet of paper and you can ask your child to circle the alphabet which they found, and it’s up to your creativity.
There is no rule that the child should find all the alphabets , it actually vary from child to child. My aim in creating this activity apart from letter hunt is to have fun and to spend quality time with your child.

Please do this activity with your child when you find time and kindly give me your feedback in the comments box or text me personally. This will help me to learn more about picture activities which in turn helps me to improve these kind of activities. And don’t forget to share me whether you and your child had fun in doing this activity. Please let me know even if your child is not interested in this activity.

Hope you enjoyed this activity.

I want to Thank all the parents from the bottom of my heart for taking time, efforts in doing my previous posts picture activities with their child and given me their valuable feedbacks. Ma’am your feedbacks are really motivating and encouraging for me to proceed further. Seeking for your support to continue. I also want to thank ALL for your encouraging comments. “Thanks a ton

  1. Mohitha almost identified all the letters except ‘O’ in first picture.
In the second one she is more giving the picture than letters.then I insist to call out the letters ,almost all she is able to say.
