REASON TO THINK WELCOMES YOU !!!!!

Hi Thinkers,

I am Krupa, a passionate and enthusiastic teacher who loves to teach tiny tots! I have been an educator for 16 years now. Along with ‘teaching’ writing has always been like a vent for my thoughts.

I have started this blog called ‘Reasons to Think’ to pour my thoughts that have been confined in the four walls of my mind. On this blog, I write about general topics that you must have seen written by other writers or heard from some good speakers, but here I present to you my perspective. To be frank, I am not a professional writer but a person who loves to write.

I don’t ask everyone to agree with my views but I would like to make a request to everyone to not jump to conclusions but to first ponder upon the thought and the writing. Just as the name of my blog suggests – Reason to Think, my perspective would triggers you to think. I personally believe that thinking minds can always get rid of problems in life.

Apart from writings I have also focused on creating worksheets and activities for the kids as young as 2+ years, to enhance their cognitive, visual intelligence,, correlation and also to improve child’s concentration. I have also created some “picture interpretation” sheets keeping in mind to develop bonding with teacher or parents and also to escalate kids communication, imagination and creative skills.

Picture interpretation activity – 3 / visual perception activity, for 2+ years to 6 years old kid

Hi,
I have created one more picture interpretation activity for small children. This is a visual perception activity which is for kids to interpret according to their perspective. To make this picture interesting I have also used warli art. This could be challenging for some kids. So don’t worry even if they could not identify them.

As I always mention it’s not necessary for the child to name everything correctly. And there is no right or wrong way to do this activity. Please don’t forget the fact that each child is unique and they learn at their own phase.

All you need to do, is to show this picture to your child and ask a few questions like “what can you see in this picture? “, if they name one you can ask them to name the other things, like wise you can build conversation with your child. You can talk about colours, counting, introducing words like big, small…….., if your child is not familiar with any objects you can introduce them too.

The aim of this activity is to escalate the child’s identification, correlation, imagination , cognitive and communication skills. This is just an outline of the skill set they develop and the outcome could be more. This is a fun way of learning.
It’s absolutely fine, if your child is able to talk about this picture in their mother tongue.

Hope this picture gives you and your child a good time and bonding.

Please give me your valuable feedback in the comment box or text me personally
Don’t forget to share me the challenges you faced while doing this activity.
Thank you for your time.

Hope you enjoyed this activity.
