REASON TO THINK WELCOMES YOU !!!!!

Hi Thinkers,

I am Krupa, a passionate and enthusiastic teacher who loves to teach tiny tots! I have been an educator for 16 years now. Along with ‘teaching’ writing has always been like a vent for my thoughts.

I have started this blog called ‘Reasons to Think’ to pour my thoughts that have been confined in the four walls of my mind. On this blog, I write about general topics that you must have seen written by other writers or heard from some good speakers, but here I present to you my perspective. To be frank, I am not a professional writer but a person who loves to write.

I don’t ask everyone to agree with my views but I would like to make a request to everyone to not jump to conclusions but to first ponder upon the thought and the writing. Just as the name of my blog suggests – Reason to Think, my perspective would triggers you to think. I personally believe that thinking minds can always get rid of problems in life.

Apart from writings I have also focused on creating worksheets and activities for the kids as young as 2+ years, to enhance their cognitive, visual intelligence,, correlation and also to improve child’s concentration. I have also created some “picture interpretation” sheets keeping in mind to develop bonding with teacher or parents and also to escalate kids communication, imagination and creative skills.

THIS SITE IS GETTING RESTRUCTURED TO GIVE EASY ACCESS TO THE VIEWERS , SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

  • Hide and seek with objects- visual intelligence activity for kids

  • Picture interpretation activity – 3 / visual perception activity, for 2+ years to 6 years old kid

  • Tall and short – Visual discrimination activity

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, HOPE YOU FIND THIS SITE USEFUL, KINDLY GIVE ME YOUR VALUABLE FEEDBACK

A VILLAGE SCENE- Picture Interpretation Activity

Dear parents/ teachers/ well- wishers

This is a village scene – picture interpretation activity. This is for 5 to 8 years old kids (no restrictions in age, as I do believe that each child is unique and they differ in learning style or takes their own time to grow).

If your child is able to identify one of the objects from this picture itself is a GREAT work, as many of the parents itself may not have saw these kinds of things in real. So, this picture interpretation activity is going to be a challenge for parents too.

As picture interpretation activity will enhance correlation, cognitive, communication, bonding with parents/ teachers. Give room for discussion about the things in picture or related to picture, imagination and creativity. Please do remember that their is no right or wrong way to interpret this picture. Please show this picture to your child and ask them what can you see in this picture. when they respond ask them some open-ended questions to your child.

I have used WARLI ART, which children may need some help from parent or google.

I do agree this picture interpretation activity is bit difficult but surely this age group children can do it with ease.

Kindly teach your children about our village lifestyle. And please do share your valuable feedback in the comment box. Or text me personally too. Your feed back means a lot to me.

Dear parents please note if your child could not identify even one object from this picture is perfectly fine. I strongly believe that” each child is a gem”. Please take an initiative to talk to the child about the objects. Which would be a great step towards learning.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, EFFORTS IN NUTURING YOUR CHILD AND ALSO FOR TRUST IN ME.

PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR VALUABLE FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS, WHICH I WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE.

HOPE YOU HAD A GOOD TIME WITH YOUR CHILD. EAGERLY WAITING FOR YOUR FEDD BACK AND DEFINITLY WILL MEET YOU AGAIN IN MY NEXT POST.
